Important information

  • You need a Norwegian address registered in the population register, valid email address and a mobile phone number.
  • You must personally take responsibility to understand the content of all documents, although we provide translation service for Ukrainian citizens.
  • If your stay in Norway exceeds 6 months, you should consider applying for a Norwegian national identity number.
  • All customers aged 0-18 need help from their legal guardians to become customers. By law, both guardians must be customers of the bank themselves, and give their consent before an account can be opened for their child. This must be done at one of our offices.
